Past Dilemmas

Both floating aimlessly 

In the girth of the seas
We were waiting for a current 

To find our way home

Wading in the endless ocean 

Of limitless possibilities
We were brought together 

As if it were meant to be

Now holding each other 

We together float freely
As if it was written 

By the script of our destiny
